Project Initiation - Workshop
The workshop initiates the project, it is during this phase that our consultants map the clients working processes. During the mapping process all working processes are rigorously vetted to ensure that relevancy, efficiency and best practice are achieved.

It is Evo-soft’s belief that our clients optimise the software application best when training is tailored to vetted business practice. As such training is scheduled just prior to, and during the transition into the new software. The training is held on the client’s premises thus ensuring the training is practical and understandable for the typical user. In addition, clients may book specific supplementary training (on-site or remote), to address the implementation of new software functionality or to revisit previous training.
Systems Analysis (Business Process Assessment)
Reviewing software creates an excellent opportunity to review internal business processes. - Reducing and sometimes eliminating the need for the client to have further bespoke development. Within our specialty fields of Importation & Distribution, Seasonal Goods, FMCG, Auctioneering, Document Management, and CommoditiesTrading, our tailored versions are already feature-rich in the standard requirements for these industries. The value of our enhancements are conservatively estimated in excess of 6 figures for some verticals and are provided complimentary to clients, thus reducing the need for much of the bespoke development traditionally required.
- Communicating effectively (in collaboration) with the client before undertaking bespoke work. Evo-soft’s unique holistic approach ensures our clients business needs are clearly understood. If additional bespoke work is truly necessary, a well defined project will keep costs down and disruption to a minimum.
