You will analyse customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions under the supervision of a Solutions Developer. You will then build, test, deliver and document a solution, whilst always ensuring the integrity of a customer’s platform remains the highest priority. You will be responsible for business and systems analysis and documentation, product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality and production of design, system, user and procedural documentation. You will also be responsible for providing system training to both internal and external clients, developing and delivering testing strategies.

Initially based in the Swindon office, there may be the opportunity to travel nationwide to work on customer sites as your career develops. The successful candidates will have excellent IT skills and computer literacy and an understanding and appreciation of business logic is desirable. As you will be liaising with customers and working on their sites, you will need to have a personable manner and excellent communication skills. Salary £18,000 – £20,000 p.a.
