You will analyse customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions under the supervision of a Solutions Developer. You will then build, test, deliver and document a solution, whilst always ensuring the integrity of a customer’s platform remains the highest priority. You will be responsible for business and systems analysis and documentation, product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality and production of design, system, user and procedural documentation. Working closely with the Project Manager you will be responsible for administering and organising all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
You will prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. Co-ordinate tasks, such as schedules and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
You will be responsible for leading/managing multiple projects introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as NAV) software onto customer sites. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and you will also be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and quality standards for your assigned projects. You will be responsible for providing internal and external training services to Evo-Soft’s customers, partners and colleagues. Your role will entail preparing, planning and running training events on a regular basis and creating and maintaining the supporting training material.
Alongside our commercial team, you will participate in customer and showcase events, introducing new products and services to our customer and prospect base. You will provide customer support as part of a project team during the project and post go live, engage with colleagues to implement the functionality required to meet the customer’s needs and provide training and help for colleagues, including support personnel, sales, consultants and developers.
You must have well-developed training skills plus sound generic IT skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also have a valid driving licence. Initially based in the Swindon office, there may be the opportunity to travel nationwide to work on customer sites as your career develops. The successful candidates will have excellent IT skills and computer literacy and an understanding and appreciation of business logic is desirable.
